I reserve the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason.

You must be 18+ to commission art from me.

Do not rush me, I don't have a set turnaround and I do not do deadlines. Rushing me may result in a cancellation (with partial or full refund depending on progress.)

I have a full time laborous job, my free time is limited, please be patient with me. Any delays will be communicated with you.

Payment must be paid in full before lining. You may pay after I send a rough sketch but I will not continue further until the commission is paid.

I take payments through Cashapp, PayPal invoices, or Ko-fi.

Filing a chargeback after receiving completed work will result in a permanent blacklist; I reserve the right to provide the completed work to dispute.

Sketching - 85% refund

Lining - 70% refund

Coloring - 50% refund

Rendering - 35% refund

I send sketches and major WIPS before continuing to the final piece.

Changes at the sketch stage are free, any major changes afterwards may cost extra. Minor changes are allowed within reason. This will be communicated.

Major changes would be pose, composition, etc. minor changes would be expressions, colors, other small details.

Once in the final stages (shading/rendering) only minor changes are allowed. My rendering process makes it hard to adjust so please communicate any necessary changes before this stage.

Please provide clear references/descriptions.

Files will be delivered digitally via email or discord.

You may use the artwork in whatever non-commercial ways you like, just credit NECROTICPAW on whichever site you prefer.

You may NOT claim the work as your own or remove my signature.

Unless it's a private commission, I reserve the right to post and use the commission however I need (advertising, portfolio/gallery, etc.)

I retain all copyrights to my work.

You may NOT use my artwork for AI training data/image generation under any circumstances.
